STAFF We're not salespeople, we're bike people. That's why we don't put pressure on our customers – if anything we'll invite them out for a ride! Basically, our motto around here is "Expert service, no attitude" and we stick to it.

Dave Heisler and Corsa Cycles started dating waaay back in 1983, back when Paul owned the shop. Wasn't long before his enthusiasm grew to mechanics, sales, and racing (and back then it was road only). All of this led Dave into Cat 1 racing (oooh, ahhh) and he even competed internationally on a Belgium team. And then the mountain bike scene started. That was it, there was no turning back. Dave purchased Corsa Cycles from Paul in 1995 and you know what they say – the rest is history.

Favourite Trail: Hoods in the Woods

Sandra Brull and Corsa Cycles came together eleven years ago all because of a certain boy. With a unique partnership (some say they're yin and yang) in both marriage and business, Sandra and Dave have never looked back. The thrill of meeting new people every day, the challenge of running a small business, and the freedom of the lifestyle have made owning a bike shop a dream come true for Sandra. And there couldn't be a better spot than Squamish – with endless trails for hiking with the dogs and tree-lined roads begging for a long road ride right outside her door. But if you know Sandra, you know that she loves the sunshine, sea, and sand too. Oh, and dogs rule! (Cats rule too.)

Favourite Trail: All trails that lead to health, happiness, and success!

Pat Cox Pat is our very own superhappy Energizer Bunny at the shop. In fact, in the past five years we have never seen him in a bad mood. Really. On his days off, Pat is an avid free rider who frequents Squamish and the bike park. He's got mad bike mechanic skills and a stupid-huge amount of technical knowledge, especially in bikes for the Sea to Sky terrain. Random fact time! He is a pure Canadian who speaks French and English, supports the SPCA, loves cheese, and has an awesome fiancee Josee. Oh, and a mushy St. Bernard named Hannah. The end.

Favourite XC Trail: Credit Line
Favourite DH Trail: 19th Hole

Fraser Newton has been riding bikes for 85% of his life, crashing bikes for 90%, and repairing bikes professionally for over 55%. Basically, cycling has been a passion for Fraser since realizing bikes can go anywhere you point them, and repairing them came soon after that.

He has a big family and lives with 3 of them - his partner Kate, his son Cameron, and their hairy-dogmother Nika. Mom builds snowboards, Dad builds bikes... Cameron is set. (Start 'em young!)

With over 18 years serving cycling communities across Canada as a professional service mechanic, Fraser brings a developed understanding of why we ride where we ride. Be it a quick repair to get you back on your trail or a complete over-haul of your pride and joy, he is happy to work with you to prepare for your rides ahead.

Favourite Trail: Entrails

Kate Drew is a mom to two boys, a former teacher, a former competitive MTB racer, a true local (born & raised on the North Shore and lived in Whistler, Pemberton, and Squamish), and the newest member of “Team Corsa.” And she has to agree with her sons when they say she has the sickest job in town! To Kate, the Squamish lifestyle is all about balance. So she'd like to use her 20+ years of biking experience to help you find the perfect ride for your days off or if you have a baby on the way, she’ll kit you out with a new Chariot so you can get out and play even after the little one arrives.

Favourite Trail: Word of Mouth

Louie Soave has been a member of the Corsa family for the last 4 years and continues to work with us on a part-time basis, all while successfully running his own coffee distributing company here in Squamish. Trivia time! If Louie was stranded on a deserted island and could only have three things, what would they be? XC riding, road riding, and XC skiing (those count, right?).

Favourite XC Trail: Pseudo-tsuga
Favourite DH Trail: Jack's (ha)

Miranda Miller spends her free time downhill mountain biking here in her hometown (Squamish, BC) and promoting Garibaldi Highlands Superiority (haha). What do Will Ferrell, Neil Patrick Harris, Dave Heisler, and Pat Cox have in common? They're Miranda's heroes! And no, we didn't force her to say that.

Favourite Trails: 19th Hole, Angry Midget

Nick Bruce is often found studying at the University of Victoria or racing around Canada with the Trek Red Truck Racing team. However, his favourite place to be is back in Corsa Cycles, getting in Pat's way and trying to help you find what you came in for!

Cruzer (AKA Cruzie or the Cruz) is definitely on her own program, but hey - show me a husky that isn't! At the shop her preferred friends are of the canine variety, which reinforces our everybody/canine welcome policy!

Lil' Bud came to the Corsa family as a stray/rescue from Richmond (RAPS you guys are awesome!) and as a "little bud" for Cruzer. But the more time we spent with Lil' Bud, the more we realized that he is a direct descendant of Milo AKA Big Bud and he has the dreads to prove it!
